Design Goals
Our goal was to transform complex security and policy configurations into a user-friendly, intuitive platform. Starting with deep research and workshops, I mapped critical workflows and designed progressive disclosure patterns to simplify advanced admin actions without sacrificing power. Visual clarity and information hierarchy were central to support quick scanning and decision-making. Direct collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders ensured we balanced compliance requirements with streamlined usability from day one.
